1. 50% Down Payment to reserve the date. 2. 50% Full Payment on the day of the event. 3. Prices are inclusive of VAT. 4. 50% of the contract price will be forfeited for cancellation made three (3) days prior to the event. 5. Sudden Changes on the date of the event on our contract due to unpredictable weather such as typhoons etc. will not be entertained if all raw materials needed for your chosen package were already purchased. Otherwise you will be charged accordingly. 6. All losses and breakages on the property of the Venue caused by negligence of guests will be charged to your bill. 7. Gate entrance fee and caterer’s bond at the venue will be charged to your bill. 8. Four (4) Hours of Waiter Service only, Php100.00 per hour will be charged in excess thereof. 9. Transportation fee will be charged for out of town venues.
